When we choose to give back to God, it is a powerful indicator of our priorities. It's not just about the act of giving itself, but about what we are willing to forgo in order to give. This is perhaps the most powerful meaning behind Jesus’ statement: 

“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” (Matt 6:21).
